Automatic Hot Bending Machine
The AB2000 machine is designed for heating and subsequent bending in manual or completely automatic mode of thermoplastic sheets with variable thickness; the AB2000 is also characterized by a great versatility: in fact it allows the processing of plates of different materials such as Acrylic (PMMA), Polycarbonate (PC), Polyethylene (PE), PVC, Corian, etc.
Particularly suitable for heating and bending, at a pre-set angle, sheets with low and medium thickness (from 2 to 12 mm) and various sizes.
With the AB2000 machine it is possible to perform localized heating in order to proceed to the automatic bending of the different plates, this takes place both in bilateral mode, thus reducing the processing time, and in unilateral mode in case of limited thicknesses.
The AB2000 machine is available with bilateral heating or with one-sided heating, it is made following the criteria of maximum reliability and durability, extremely simple to use thanks to a clear and intuitive operator interface, it meets the needs of the most different types of processing.

The machines of the AB2000 series find application in the field of construction of objects and components in thermoplastic material such as acrylic display stands and brochure holders, details for furnishing and fittings for points of sale, advertising, accident prevention shelters in polycarbonate and, more generally, in all those applications where it is necessary to perform hot bending without producing defects or scratches on the material.
